The VIP Experience for Expecting Parents

This premium service includes two personalized visits to ensure you’re fully prepared for your baby’s first ride.

First Visit: Schedule this visit 4-6 weeks before your baby's due date. I’ll come to your home for an hour to teach you and a partner how to set up and properly install your infant seat and base, or set up and properly install your convertible seat for your new baby. We’ll also go over the correct way to harness your baby and ensure a snug, safe fit. I’ll be fully prepared, having reviewed both your vehicle’s owner manual and your car seat manual. Together, we’ll practice every step of the installation, so you feel completely confident to move or re-install your seat as needed.

Second Visit: After your baby is born, we’ll schedule a follow-up visit—whether at your home or even at the hospital—to ensure your baby's first car trip is a safe one. We’ll spend up to 30 minutes reviewing the install and addressing any questions, so you’re confident in using your car seat with your newborn.

The Full Concierge Experience

I offer a personalized, in-home service where I’ll spend an hour with you and a partner, teaching you how to properly install your car seat based on your child’s current stage (rear-facing or forward-facing). Before I arrive, I’ll review both your vehicle’s owner’s manual and your car seat manual, ensuring I'm fully prepared.

During our session, we’ll walk through some general car seat safety, the specifics of your car seat and vehicle, and we'll practice every step of the installation together. By the end, you’ll feel confident in moving or re-installing your seat on your own. Rest assured, your seat will be properly installed by a certified CPST, and you'll leave with the knowledge and skills to safely install and use it every time.

Over 40 minutes, we’ll check your install, do a quick installation refresher to ensure all caregivers feel confident and comfortable moving or reinstalling the seat if needed, and answer any questions.
